TrumpkinContest.com is an independent Halloween humor and satire website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Donald Trump, the Trump campaign, the White House, the U.S. government, or any political party or organization. References to public figures are for humor and commentary about pumpkins.

Your photographs

• You keep ownership of any photograph you submit.
• You promise that you have the right to submit it and that it follows the submission rules.
• By submitting, you give TrumpkinContest.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, resize and share your photograph, title and caption on the website and in links or previews created from it, for as long as it remains published.
• You can ask us to remove your submission at any time through the contact page.

Moderation

Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may reject, edit (for example a title or category), or remove any submission at any time. Submitting a photo does not guarantee it will be published.

User-generated content

Published photographs and captions are created by visitors. Their views are their own, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate or appropriate for everyone.

Using the site

You must be at least 13 years old to submit content. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, upload malicious files, or use automated tools to submit content in bulk. We may block access for anyone who does.

Copyright and takedowns

If you believe published content infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page with a link to the content and a description of the issue, and we will review it. Repeat infringers will be blocked from submitting.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, the owner is not liable for losses arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
